Think that something so simple to cook can be so good to eat. The chicken is seasoned with garlic, olives, chives and lemon juice and served with boiled potatoes, fried asparagus and fried crunchita salad. The only thing missing is the desire for a tasty meal.
Ingredients
Pull out and measure what you need before you start cooking.
- 900 g summer potatoes
- 600 g quick fillets of chicken
- oil from the olives
- salt
- pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 300 g olive mix
- 250 g green asparagus
- 200 g salad (preferably crunchita)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 pack fresh chives (each 20 g)

Method
Follow the steps from top to bottom while you cook.

Set the oven to 200°C.

Boil the potatoes.

Brown the chicken in a little of the oil from the olives in a frying pan for a few minutes and season with salt and pepper.

Peel and slice the garlic thinly.

Mix the garlic with the chicken and the olives, with the rest of the oil from the olives, in a baking dish.

Cook in the oven for about 12 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken is 72°C.

Trim and cut the asparagus into smaller pieces.
- 8
Dress and divide the salad in half.

Fry the asparagus for a few minutes in half the oil in a frying pan and place them on a plate.

Fry the salad on the cutting surface on high heat for about 30 seconds in the rest of the oil and season with salt and pepper.

Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken.

Chop the chives and sprinkle over.
- 13
Serve the chicken and dressing from the baking dish with asparagus, salad and potatoes.
