Flavors that marry extremely well with each other are lemon, walnuts and salami. You will experience that in this dish. Add garlic, parsley, olive oil and arugula to it and it can't be anything but good. All with pasta bucatini.
Ingredients

- 1/2 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 dl walnuts
- 1/2 pack fresh parsley (each 20 g)
- 1/2 dl olive oil
- 1 1/2 dl water
- 2 dl grated parmesan cheese
- salt
- pepper
- 4 port pasta (preferably bucatini)
- 250 g baby plum tomatoes
- 250 g salami (preferably Milanese)
- 65 g arugula

Wash and grate the outermost peel of the lemon.

Peel and slice the garlic.

Mix the lemon peel, garlic, walnuts and parsley with the olive oil to a smooth mass in a food processor.

Add the water and the cheese and mix together into a rough mass.

Season with salt, pepper and a few drops of lemon juice.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Split the tomatoes.

Mix the pasta with the walnut cream.

Serve the pasta with salami, rocket and tomatoes.
