Thai stew with soybeans and pea shoots

Bringing out the flavors in a Thai stew is not that difficult when you have a ready-made stew base! This variant is lacto-vegetarian, with chestnut mushrooms, soybeans and plum tomatoes among others. Serve with glass noodles and pea shoots.

Ingredients

  • 250 g chestnut mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 packet of Thai stew base (at 400 g)
  • 4 port glass noodles
  • 1 pack of mini corn (at 425 g)
  • 1/2 pack of plum tomatoes (each 500 g)
  • 250 g soybeans
  • 1 pea shoot (each 100 g)
