Tacos jalapeño with lime marinated red cabbage and tomato salsa

The spice mix makes the mince really tasty and juicy. Serve the minced meat in soft tortillas with tangy red cabbage salad and tomato salad that you season with jalapeños. A little corn, sour cream and crispy chips on top and all you have to do is enjoy the delicious filled cornbread.

Ingredients

  • the juice of 1 lime
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 steak tomato
  • 1/2 cup tres colores jalapeño
  • 1 shallot
  • 500 g minced meat or soy
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 pack creamy & mild spice mix taco spice mix (each 150 g)
  • 1 pack of corn kernels (each 150 g)
  • 8 corn tortillas (medium)
  • 1 pot of mint
  • 2 dl sour cream
  • 1 packet of blue corn tortilla chips (each 125 g)
