Sour cabbage salad with pizza slice

Did someone order a pizza? Here comes one that you easily throw together with bellaverde and mozzarella and some other goodies on top. A coleslaw that you make from sctrach is of course served with it. Yum!

Ingredients

Pull out and measure what you need before you start cooking.

  • 1 red onion
  • 550 g pizza dough (preferably pan pizza)
  • 1 dl sour cream
  • 1 pack of mozzarella (at 125 g)
  • 200 g bellaverde
  • 1/2 dl topping for salad (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and pine nuts)
  • 1 packet of cooked large white beans (380 g each)
  • about 200 g red cabbage
  • 1 pack fresh parsley (each 20 g)
  • 350 g small tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

    Roll out the pizza dough and spread on the sour cream.

    Pizza slice: Peel and slice the onion.

    Roll out the pizza dough and spread on the sour cream.

    Slice and put on the mozzarella.

    Sprinkle over the onions and add the bella verde.

    Sprinkle over the salad topping and bake for about 15 minutes in the middle of the oven.

    Coleslaw: Pour the beans into a colander, rinse them in cold water and drain.

    Slice the red cabbage thinly, preferably with a mandolin or cheese grater.

    Chop the parsley and cut the tomatoes in half.

    Mix beans, cabbage, parsley and tomatoes with vinegar and olive oil.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Cut the pizza into pieces and serve with the coleslaw.
