Don't underestimate an upside-down fried heart salad. There is an incredible amount of flavor in it! Together with the accessories oven-baked potatoes, tomatoes and a tasty dressing, the dinner is complete!
Ingredients

- 900 g potatoes
- 1/2 tbsp oil
- salt
- pepper
- 150 g haricots verts (beans)
- 2 dl mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp sambal oelek
- 1 tsp Japanese soy
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 20 g fresh chives
- 400 g romantic tomatoes
- 4 heads of lettuce
- 1/2 tbsp oil

Follow the steps from top to bottom while you cook.

Set the oven to 225°C.

Cut the potatoes into wedges and mix with the oil on a tray.

Season with salt and pepper and roast in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes.

Prepare and put the beans on the tray for the last 10 minutes together with the potatoes.

Mix the mayonnaise with sambal oelek, soy and sesame seeds.

Cut the chives and mix half into the mayonnaise.

Cut the tomatoes in half.

Cut the salad in half and fry them in the oil in a frying pan for about 2 minutes on each side.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the salad with potatoes, tomatoes and sauce.

Sprinkle over the rest of the chives.
