Green is absolutely gorgeous! Serve a healthy pea soup with a base of potatoes, onions, broth and crème fraiche. Chewing resistance, yes, that's what the avocado roll stands for! In this round-shaped sandwich, you will of course find avocado, but also cream cheese and paprika. Yummy filibaba!
Ingredients

- 1 yellow onion
- 1 baked potato
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 l vegetable broth (water and cubes or stock)
- 2 dl crème fraiche
- 600 g frozen green peas
- salt
- pepper
- 2 avocados
- 1 red pepper
- 100 cream cheese (preferably Greek garlic)
- 1 pack of grain flatbread (250 g each)
