SwedenRag donut with bacon and raw food salad
Raggmunk is a timeless classic that is just as good today as it was over 100 years ago. You coarsely grate potatoes and mix them into a pancake batter. Fry the batter in butter in batches and keep the finished ragu donuts warm in the oven until it's time to sit down to the table. Serve with fried bacon and raw food mix mixed with lingonberry jam. Huuuur good?!
