Pasta salad is a very rewarding dish to prepare because it is so simple and quick. Here it comes in a variant with, among other things, asparagus, radishes and green onions. Nice!

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of green asparagus (each 250 g)
  • 1 pot of French tarragon
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 dl crème fraiche
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 220 g radishes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 4 green onions
  • 65 g red chard
  • 1/2 dl topping for salad (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and pine nuts)
