Pasta salad is a very rewarding dish to prepare because it is so simple and quick. Here it comes in a variant with, among other things, asparagus, radishes and green onions. Nice!
Ingredients
Pull out and measure what you need before you start cooking.
- 4 port pasta (preferably gemelli)
- 1 pack of green asparagus (each 250 g)
- 1 pot of French tarragon
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 dl crème fraiche
- salt
- pepper
- 220 g radishes
- 1/2 cucumber
- 4 green onions
- 65 g red chard
- 1/2 dl topping for salad (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and pine nuts)

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Trim and cut the asparagus into pieces.

Let the asparagus cook together with the pasta, the last 3 minutes of the pasta's cooking time.

Chop the tarragon and mix it with mustard and crème fraiche.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Trim and cut the radishes into thin slices.

Dice the cucumber and trim and slice the onion.

Mix the pasta and asparagus with the tarragon cream, radishes, cucumber and green onions.

Serve the pasta salad with chard and salad topping.
