Mixed grill with roasted potatoes and tzatziki

Invite the whole family to a mixed grill. You do that with everything from baby back ribs in a lovely BBQ glaze, fried sausage, and tie the flavors together with oven-roasted potatoes, broccoli and a creamy matyogurt with the taste of garlic. You can make mixed grill in the oven or on the grill.

Ingredients

  • 900 g delicacy potatoes
  • 250 g broccoli
  • 1/2 tbsp oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 475 g baby back ribs with accompanying BBQ glaze
  • 400 g spiced sausage (e.g. Bockwurst)
  • 1/2 tbsp oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 dl matyogurt
  • 1 cucumber

    Split the potatoes and trim and cut the broccoli into wedges.

    Split the potatoes and trim and cut the broccoli into wedges.

    Mix the potatoes with oil and season with salt and pepper.

    Pour out onto a baking sheet and place in the middle of the oven for the first 15 minutes.

    Then add the broccoli and currants and roast for another 10 minutes.

    Cut small incisions in the skin of the sausage and fry it in the oil in a frying pan.

    Press the garlic into the yogurt and season with salt and pepper.

    Grate the cucumber roughly on a grater and squeeze out some liquid.

    Fold the cucumber into the yogurt.

    Cut the sausage and currants into pieces.

    Mix the currants with the glaze that comes with the package.

    Serve currants and sausage with tzatziki, potatoes and broccoli.
