- 8 dl dashi
- 4 tbsp miso paste
- 150 g silken tofu or medium-firm tofu
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
- 2 spring onions

Follow the steps from top to bottom while you cook.

If you are making homemade dashi, prepare it first. Otherwise, warm ready-made dashi in a saucepan.

Soak the wakame if needed. Cut the tofu into small cubes and slice the spring onions thinly.

Heat the dashi until it almost boils, then lower the heat or take the pan off the stove.

Put the miso in a ladle or small bowl, loosen it with a little hot dashi, and stir the mixture back into the pan until smooth.

Add the tofu and wakame and warm everything through without boiling. Serve with the spring onion.
