Minced meat sauce with tomato pesto

A minced meat sauce flavored with tomato pesto is here! You fry some onions, carrots and minced meat for a while before stirring in the spent tomatoes and tomato pesto. Season with a little salt and pepper and then it's ready! Cook the pasta while the meat sauce simmers. Serve with arugula. Bon appetit!

  • 500 g passed tomatoes
