Minced meat curry with corn and roasted onions

Curry-scented minced meat... etc. just hearing it makes you hungry! Saute onion, mince and add garlic and curry. In with tomato puree, coconut milk and a little salt and pepper. Let it cook for a while before it is served with rice, corn and roasted onions! Let the food keep your mouth shut!

  • 2 tbsp tomato puree

  • 1 dl roasted onion
