A fresh and tasty Asian style salad is here! The ingredients glass noodles, prawns and squid marry nicely with the sweet, salty and sour flavors from the dressing. Add simple soy mayo and the dinner is complete.
Ingredients

- 4 port glass noodles
- 1 pack of prawns in lake (à 170 g)
- finely grated peel and juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp Japanese soy
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 bag of green onions (each 125 g)
- 130 g fresh alfalfa sprouts
- 2 dl mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tbsp Japanese soy
- 300 g octopus rings
- 1/2 tbsp oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt
- pepper

Thaw the squid and let it drain on paper towels.

Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Drain the prawns in a colander.

Dressing: Tear the outermost peel off the lime and squeeze out the juice.

Mix lime peel and juice with sambal, sesame seeds, oil and soy.

Dice the cucumber and trim and slice the green onion.

Mix the vegetables with sprouts, noodles, prawns and the dressing.

Soy mayonnaise: Mix the mayonnaise with the soy.

Octopus: Fry the octopus in the oil in a frying pan for a few minutes and press in the garlic, season with salt and pepper.

Serve the noodle salad with squid and soy mayonnaise.
