Here comes a recipe for a spicy feta and tomato pasta, but still just as easy to make. Here you instead bake all the goodies, which are then mixed together. And it will be bavette pasta as a type of pasta. Serve with beans, pine nuts and salad.
Ingredients
Pull out and measure what you need before you start cooking.
- 1/2 bag of green onions (each 125 g)
- 350 g colorful small tomatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- salt
- pepper
- 150 g feta cheese
- 4 port pasta (preferably bavette)
- 1 packet of large cooked white beans (380 g each)
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 65 g arugula

Follow the steps from top to bottom while you cook.

Set the oven to 200°C and put on a saucepan with water for the pasta.

Trim and slice the green onions.

Mix green onions, tomatoes, olive oil, pressed garlic, honey and rosemary in a baking dish.

Season with salt and pepper and press down the feta cheese.

Cook in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Pour the beans into a colander, rinse them in cold water and drain.

Pour the pasta over the beans in the colander.

Mash together the feta cheese and tomatoes with a whisk into a cream.

Serve the pasta and beans with the sauce, pine nuts and salad.
